Light weight and touch - but protect it from scratches

"The medium spinner is great for keeping weight down a maneuverability top notch. The finish is subject to scratches and picking up paint if a bellman hits a wall with it. I use a 3rd party luggage cover with a zip closure and belt with a snap closure for backup. I won't let anyone handle the bag without that cover on to keep it looking nice. Otherwise it saves weight which saves airline headaches and makes it more useful. I would highly recommend it"

Best luggage I’ve ever owned!

"I’ve been extremely impressed with the Briggs & Riley Torq Medium Spinner. For me, it’s the perfect size for about a week-long trip. It holds everything I need without feeling oversized or cumbersome. The design is clean and premium looking, and the red zipper stitching gives it just enough personality that it’s easy to spot on the luggage carousel. The spinner wheels are outstanding. They glide effortlessly through airports, even when the suitcase is fully packed, and is almost effortless. The telescoping handle feels sturdy and well-built, which adds to the premium feel. The build quality throughout is excellent, and it’s obvious this luggage was made to last. I highly recommend this luggage."

"I received my new luggage on 4/24/26 and took my first trip with my new luggage on 5/17/26. So far, I love it. I had originally planned to purchase something less expensive but the lifetime warranty swayed me to go with Briggs & Riley. I was also looking for something lightweight and with spinner wheels. This piece, which I will use for checked luggage, meets everything I was looking for. Even when packed, this mid-60s woman could still lift it by herself. In addition, I also like the way that the weight seems to be evenly distributed in the suitcase. My previous suitcase was always taking a nose-dive after it was packed."
