"Quality is excellent. Functionality is great. Nice system for backpack vs. duffle (straps for both that hide easily). Only issue I had (and why I didn't give 5 stars) is the backpack straps are oddly short. I'm 5'11', athletic build and the straps struggle to fit in backpack mode. It still works but should have been made a bit longer. The cross strap floats up by my neck. It's not a deal breaker. I would still recommend this bag if you need something like this."
