"I love this duffel. It's expensive, no doubt, but it is exactly what I wanted. There are enough pockets for great organization. The main compartment is quite large. The zippers are very, very smooth. Also, to address a criticism I read over and over as I considered buying it: it is not floppy and stands up perfectly nicely all by itself when empty. My only concern about it is its size, which exceeds published underseat allowances. Other reviewers have said they they've traveled all over with it and never had an issue. So far I've used it only for car trips, and I hope that all will be well when I try to take it on an airplane."

"Wonderful underseat bag or complement to the 22" Essential Carry-On Expandable Spinner for longer trips. It easily held three dress shoe boxes for one trip and 5 days of clothing for another. Side pockets are well placed and sits relatively well atop the spinner. Highly recommend."

So Disappointed - DO NOT PURCHASE!

"These suitcases look stylish and have strong zippers. I have used the three bags I purchased in December 2024 once and there are broken parts on all three. The extended handles on the suitcases are weak and not sturdy. The wheels are terrible for heavy packers and not smooth rollers. My small carry-on personal bag, the monogrammed tag has separated from the bag. 1. Bent handle 2. At least one wheel that is not working as it should 3. Mongramed tag ripped off I believed I was getting top-of-the-line quality luggage for the high price of these bags. These suitcases and bags are worse than my oldest set of no-name-brand suitcases. The return policy is brand new with the tags attached. I do not want any replacements! Please DO NOT make the same mistake I did and waste your hard-earned money on these bags and suitcases. I would like my money back because these suitcases will not make it through another trip and I travel every month."
