"The replacement wheel kits I recently purchased started faling apart before even one trip was complete. The rubber of the wheel "tread" started peeling away. Fortunately, customer service did the right thing and is sending me another wheel kit. I've had the large spinner suitcase for a number of years (has been replaced once) and so I'm happy that we can keep it functioning. Customer service has been good."

"The item listed on the website said “Torque large spinner wheel repair kit”. I have ordered it and received it and then found it that it doesn’t fit out Torque large spinner ! The size is too big for the bag and our bag is indeed the Torque large spinner. I had to then ship my bag to Briggs and Riley for repair. Very disappointed and need a REFUND."

"The wheels look great, but the kit is clearly advertised with new screws included but did not come with them. Additionally, after talking to customer service, they relayed that the kit doesn’t come with screws. Then, why don’t they take a new picture without the screws for advertising the kit?"

Great one for one replacement

"Very happy that Briggs and Riley sells replacement parts. The wheels went on to my luggage no problem. It was a direct swap that took less than 5 minutes. My only comment is that it would be nice if they could sell a wheel only set instead of the wheel with the body cover which doesn’t break as often as the wheels"
