Wrong wheels sent, 4 weeks later, still waiting for replacement

"We ordered replacement front and rear wheels for our Sympatico luggage. Apparently, the screw holes changed from our year (2018) to the more recent but the website didn't give us choices as to which year or anything. Thus, the wheels won't work. I called Briggs and they immediately said they'd send a new set. After almost 3 weeks, I called to ask for a status and they said that they were all packaged up but awaiting approval to ship. Now 4 weeks after, they still haven't shipped. Very frustrating."

"I had to wait on hold for several minutes and then it took me to a recording where you leave your name and number. The first time I called it took them several days to call back. Also, very deceiving that the self repair kits are "free" but then you charge $10-$20 for shipping. Not impressed so far. Also having a hard time finding which kit is the one I need. That would be helpful to have something on the website to help you determine which kit you need."
