Good enough

"The wheels from my U376-4 Deluxe 2-Wheeled Garment Bag from 2008 were beginning to squeak, and even WD-40 didn’t correct that. So I bought these replacement, after a telephone call with an excellent “customer experience representative,” who advised me they would fit. He was right overall, but the axel setup has changed, so fortunately the old axle still works, but the width of the wheel have itself is different, so the new wheel sits within a millimeter of the plastic rim, just barely not rubbing at this point, but also the whole assembly is stiffer, doesn’t spin like a top when you spin it, as the old one did. But the squeak is gone! And I don’t notice any extra rolling resistance considering that my packed bag usually weighs about 40 pounds, so of course I wouldn’t feel it. Bottom line, not a perfect fix, but pretty darn good considering Briggs & Riley is still adequately supporting this 16-year-old bag, so four stars!"
