Poor execution, marks on the bag.

"The execution of the Monogram itself is nice however the bag I received had visible scratch marks on them from the application of the Monogram. After reaching out to customer service, they allowed me to ship the bag back and send a new one which looked even worse. I send that bag back as well and are now awaiting the third try. I would expect higher quality for the amount of money the bag cost."

"I travel a lot, so I was delighted to see that monograms were available to assure that I can locate my correct BRIGGS & RILEY suitcases and other equipment, whether they are on a plane, train, hotel, restaurant, etc. It also could help find such items should they have been misplaced. Finally, the monograms, in my opinion, are very attractive."

"Had to buy a replacement monogram because the store that monogrammed the free one with my luggage did a poor job and didn't center the lettering. This one from the official Briggs and Riley store was perfect and the silver fill was also much cleaner! Also like the modern font, and they even provide free shipping on this item to boot given how small it is! The only downside is that the letter spacing is very tight, which hurts the aesthetics a bit, so 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise I'm very satisfied!"

Gold foil faded on handle strap within one trip.

"Love the look of the monogram on my carry on and on the cabin bag. 0 complaints. It looks beautiful. Sharp and professional. See photos. 5/5. However…. I ordered the leather strap for the suitcase handle with gold foil… out of the box…it looked beautiful… but, I was disappointed the gold foil on the leather handle strap faded by the end of the FIRST trip. 1/5 Honestly, the leather strap should be included on each bag and the monogram on handle NEEDS TO BE VISIBLE after the first flight. Not sure how you’ll accomplish that but that’s a review. See photo. If black leather strap with black monogram is better, I’d welcome one. But it’s odd the leather strap for the handle is an add-on and that you’d put a gold foil on it knowing it fades so quickly. Nevertheless, I love every other product of yours I’ve used."
