"Appearance of bag was better than what pictures portray. Quality better than expected. Attention to detail was an apparent. Customer care response was very responsive prior to purchase. Emails answered early first available business day. Mild improvements: when suitcase lies flat and open on hard surface case tilts around handle it lies in — should have some either stabilizing bumpers to prevent tilting OR add more pocket holder(s) similar to one already between handle to prevent rocking. Consider bumper style that could add accessories like: retractable cup holder, small toiletry holder for short layovers between flights = freshen up, home or iPad holder for viewing, hooks for bags (duty free purchases or lunch etc). The bumper simply accept extra accessories while you solve rocking/ stability issue."

"My third BR piece, first in 25+ years. I'm a frequent traveller now, but have no need to check luggage. This carry-on is a gem -- visually beautiful, functionally superb. The wheels roll smoothly over all floor surfacings I've experienced; the outside handlebars are game-changers as usual (my 22" two-wheeler (U422LX-4) from pre-2009 has this as well); and the interior packing logic is impeccable. The built-in suit sleeve is an excellent added feature. The blue colour is sparkling with silver zipper trimmings. Weaknesses? The external pocket in front could be made more slack/larger to hold a track suit jacket; as it is, it's difficult zipping this up when the main compartment is full or compressed. Combining this with my old BR Verb Glide backpack ((VB414-4) with its orange interior linings, I'm now set for life. Briggs & Riley stays on top of my luggage list. Why settle for hamburger when I can have filet mignon?"
