"To be honest, I’ve packed but not unpacked the garment sleeve. . so I cannot test to it’s effectiveness at keeping wrinkles at bay. What I do know, after 3 stops on a multi-legged trip: The dress inside is for the final stop, and the garment sleeve is at least keeping it safe until then, allowing me frequent access to the other smaller packing cubes inside my case. I couldn’t do without them! Packing cubes are like a transportable chest of drawers - they are worth every g / oz of extra weight."

Good Morning, Thank you for contacting Briggs & Riley. This bag does not have a sleeve that you can place over the handle. but if your bag has a smartlink strap you can use that on the handle to hang the bag off the front of the bag.
