"The product is fantastic. Unfortunate that there isn’t a repair depot in Saskatchewan. As I use this luggage for work. Sending it out of province for repairs is highly inconvenient. Simply just having replacements parts sent to me for me to repair at no cost would fall n line on why I bought this product. Fix it at no cost or if it can’t be repaired replace it with a new bag."
