Too shiny and thin finishings

"It’s kind of weird to ask someone for a rating recently after they bought it on a product we expect to own for a decade or more. Maybe ask me in 5 years. Part of the rating comes because of my frustration with a barragement of emails asking me to review - obviously degrading my purchase experience. Not the suitcase. There build quality is not quite what I expected from my previous B&R purchases. The nickel (or chrome?) plating looks cheap and rubs off easy, the metal beneath looks cheap. I made a one trip with it, with it in cabin luggage (not checked) and I already have some platings wearing. It’s not the end of the world - just paid a lot for a suitcase it’s a shame you can’t get good quality finishing anymore. Wheels are a bit loud, a softer polyurethane would probably have been better. If you want some design help give me a shout."
